Hi. Thank you so much for visiting A Touch of Green Boutique! We are a North Carolina based children's clothing company. A Touch Of Green is owned and operated by Mary. It wasn't until after my son was born that I noticed the lack of cute clothing for little boys. My mission is to bring you affordable, adorable and good high-quality children's clothing directly to your doorstep, without the expensive costs. We sell sibling sets, all things smocked, and a couple items for us moms. We ship out of Tabor City, NC with fast turnaround so you can enjoy your purchase without the long wait! RETURN POLICY

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Return requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must have any tags attatched if they came with any.
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or to charge a 15% restocking fee. 


Holiday & Clearance items
Unfortunately Holiday and Clearance items cannot be returned.

 Personalized items
 personalized cannot be returned as the are not easy to put in our inventory to resell.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. The cost of shipping your return will be deducted from your return amount.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

SHIPPING

We currently work with USPS- standard shipping which is calculated and added at checkout. Although items ship within 1-2 weeks (excluding pre-orders) we are not responsible for delays with USPS.

PRE-ORDERS

Our pre-orders items generally ship within 4-6 weeks after the closing date, sometimes sooner. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.

It is recommend to place separate orders if you are ordering both pre-order and non pre-order items for faster shipping.

If you place an order with pre-order and non pre-order items your items will not ship until your pre-ordered item is available.

If you accidentally do place an order for pre-orders and non pre-orders and wish to pay a shipping fee to ship them separate, please contact us and we will send you an invoice for shipping cost.

Please DO NOT contact regarding your pre-order shipping if it is still within the turn around time frame.
